Sing & Serve

A huge thank you for the tremendous community support of our event.

We had a very successful evening at Around the Corner with a great food, great singing and great fun; we hope those that were able to attend the Lakewood Sing & Serve enjoyed the evening! We have contacted our prize winners from the chance raffle, and the karaoke machine was well used with performances by both the teachers and the Lakewood students, parents, and friends. All of the money raised from the event will be going directly back to the students in helping fund classroom needs for the new arts wing.

From the families and friends that attended this event; we would love your feedback and suggestions on the evening. What can we improve in order to make the evening even more successful for everyone? We apologize that the space was smaller than we anticipated; but we appreciated the great turnout from the community. The booster’s would like to thank all of the families and friends that attended, as well as the companies that donated items for the chance raffle. We would especially like to thank the Lakewood music teachers who volunteered their time and energy in helping serve at the event: Mr. Waryk, Mr. Fitz, Mr. Blasko, Mrs. Richards, Mr. Hampton, and Mr. Steinbrunner, and special celebrity high school head principal, Mr. Ahearn!

The tip jar contest:  Mozart vs. Beethovan had Mozart the winner!

Beatles vs. The Rolling Stones had Rolling Stones the winner!

Our chance raffle raised over $600, thank you to all that participated.
