The LHS orchestras will report to The Civic on Sat. Nov. 2nd at 6:00am and practice through the concert for a total of 13 hours of playing!

The Lakewood High School Orchestra Program invites you to sponsor one of our orchestra students. This annual fundraiser is in place of selling products at inflated prices. 100% of your donation goes to the students and the program.

You might ask, “What programs benefit from my donation?” Well, this year we are focused on providing:

  • professional musicians for sectionals
  • master classes with Cleveland’s premier orchestra musicians
  • private lessons scholarships
  • uniforms, music, accessories
  • NEW INSTRUMENTS and EQUIPMENT for the program

All of the money raised goes to support all SIX orchestras at Lakewood High School as well as support the middle school and elementary orchestras. 

You might ask, “What do I get for my donation?” If you donate $100.00 or more you are eligible to conduct the orchestra, play with The Lakewood Project, or simply dedicate a song to someone special. Selections include:

Game of Thrones, Land of a Thousand Dances, Canon in D, Hang On Sloopy, Plink Plank Plunk, Pirates of the Caribbean, Turkey in the Straw, Eine Kleine, Pink Panther
*Pick one song from trilogy/medleys
*West Side Story – Maria, One Hand One Heart, Cool or Somewhere
*The Greatest Showman – A Million Dreams, Tightrope, This is Me, or Never Enough
*John Williams Trilogy – Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark

…. But that’s not all! You are invited to attend “Dessert with the Arts” during the Marathon, on Saturday, November 2nd , at 5:30pm in the

Refueling during the 13 hour marathon

Lakewood Civic Auditorium. 

Sponsor Levels:
Composer-$200 and up
Conductor $100-$199.99
Concertmaster $75-$99.99
1st Chair $50-$74.99
Officer $25-$49.99
Friend $5-$24.99

….Wait, there’s more! All sponsorships will be placed in a drawing. One lucky sponsor will be pulled during the Music Marathon concert and will receive a cash prize of 5 times their donation amount. (not to exceed $500.00) Example: if you donate $25.00 and you win, your prize will be $25 x 5= $125.00
