A Gift of Music
About this Event
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Lakewood City Schools will not be able to hold our traditional concerts this holiday season. However, our music teachers and the Lakewood Music Boosters have created an exciting new fundraiser enabling students to showcase and share their musical abilities!
Students in grades 6-12 have created a “Holiday Setlist” of tunes to share with friends and family members. We ask that you show your support by purchasing a sponsorship on their behalf.
This sponsorship donation replaces concert ticket purchases and fundraisers that typically take place during the holiday season. Proceeds will be evenly divided among the Band, Choir, and Orchestra programs (30% each), with the remaining 10% going to the Music Boosters.
Additionally, each donation will be entered into a raffle, the winner of which will receive back double the original donation, up to $200. In addition, for every 5 sponsorships of $5 or more made on a student’s behalf, the student will receive a $5 gift card to either Angelo’s, Malley’s, or Ohio City Burrito.
