SUMMARY:LHS Music Marathon 2025 & “Dessert with the Arts” Reception
DESCRIPTION:The Lakewood High School Orchestra Program invites you to sponsor one of our orchestra students. This annual fundraiser is in place of selling products at inflated prices. 100% of your donation goes to the students and the program. You may ask: “What do I get for my donation?” Well\, this year we are focused on providing: \n· professional musicians for sectionals\, \n· master classes with Cleveland’s premier orchestral musicians\, \n· private lesson scholarships\, \n. uniforms\, music\, accessories \n· NEW INSTRUMENTS for the program \nAll of the money raised goes to support all SIX orchestras at Lakewood High School as well as support the middle school and elementary orchestras. \nAppreciation through practice: The LHS orchestras will report to The Civic on Sat. Nov. 2nd at 6:00am and practice through the concert for a total of 13 hours of playing…. \nBut that is not all! You are invited to attend the “Dessert with the Arts” reception on Saturday\, November 2nd\, 2024 at 5:30pm in The Lakewood Civic Auditorium \nIf you donate $75 \, you can dedicate a song to someone special \nIf you donate $100 or more\, you are eligible to conduct the orchestra\, play with The Lakewood Project. \nIf you donate $500 have the Four Season String Quartet perform for 30 minutes \nIf you Donate $1000.00 a group of fiddlers will come and perform for your event for 30 minutes.
